They say time heals your heart. It has been 2 long years since you died and my heart has never healed. I think of you everyday, every important moment in my life, my kids life or your girls life. I still reach for that darn phone when something happens to tell you all about it but I always stop. Your memory Lizzy still drives us on as we enter new days, in hope to see you soon. My darling Liz. How I miss you so much. It is your birthday again. When you were born I never thought it would end like this. We had your brothers birthday and a cake for you. Sweet angel- I was unpacking today and came across a card you had gotten me. Oh boy-the tears came. This card was 1 of many but you wrote everything from your heart on this 1. I will cherish till I die. I show the baby your pictures all the time ,I want her to know how much of my heart is gone with you, who this wonderful person was even though Hamoody will never let you go and neither will we. It's hard to believe it's been a year already that Liz (Mom) has gone to heaven to be with our Lord. I know it's been a difficult year for all of you but you have come a long way. You are growing in your relationship to each other and with the Lord.
I want you to know that Liz was a great encouragement to me. No matter how bad she was feeling, she always had a smile and was always upbeat. I love her and miss her. I am proud to have called her a friend and I am also proud to call all of you my friends.
Ray, Thank you for all you have been doing to help your Mom and your nieces. I know Liz would be very greatful and proud of you.
